AUGUSTA DURHAM - Lead Guide, East Primary class

Augusta grew up in West Texas, and attended a Montessori school through sixth grade where she developed self-direction and curiosity which served her  through her graduation from the University of Texas at Austin in 2015. ugusta completed her Masters of Education and AMI Primary training at the Southwest Institute of Montessori Studies in 2018.  Augusta has served as a Primary Guide in Austin, Philadelphia, and now Santa Fe, and is overjoyed to be joining the La Mariposa community! 

Augusta enjoys exploring New Mexico with her husband and son. In her free time, she likes to sew, knit, swim and practice yoga.
